Matthew Bouw Named APAC Regional CEO

SINGAPORE, 30 November 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced the appointment of Matthew Bouw as its new Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific.

Brett White, Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Chief Executive Officer said, “Matthew brings over 20 years of experience and insight to the Chief Executive Officer role in Asia Pacific, a critical growth region for Cushman & Wakefield globally. In partnership with the high calibre leadership team in the region, he will lead a business that has more than 7,000 employees operating across nine key markets in the region (excluding Greater China).”

Mr. Bouw’s experience spans across a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, professional services, engineering & construction, and mining services, having worked for large global and multinational firms such as DTZ, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aviva, Orica, Leighton, and UGL. He has been with Cushman & Wakefield for over 6.5 years, during which he served as Global Chief Administrative Officer with oversight of HR, Marketing and Research in the last three years. An Australian native, he has also worked in various parts of Asia Pacific and the world prior to his move to the US.

Mr. Bouw’s appointment takes effect from 1 December 2017.
