Ramita has rich corporate knowledge and over 14 years of transaction experience. She has driven varied leasing requirements of occupiers, with emphasis on expansion and campus strategies. She is also known for nurturing strong relationships and has represented clients in some iconic deals in India. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ramita has worked as National Director with JLL’s International Desk based out of the United States.

Bengaluru has emerged as the new hub for developmental activity. It is the numero uno market in India with over 30% share in net absorption. IT-BPM sector will continue to be the major demand driver, apart from continued demand from the consulting and BFSI sectors. Construction activity is likely to be robust with 34-38 msf of supply likely to be delivered in next 4-5 years, with majority comprising of commercial office developments.”
