Cushman & Wakefield, India (C&W) was been awarded as the Best Property Consultancy Marketing in India for commercial office space marketing initiatives at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Awards 2013 – 14. C&W also won the Highly Commended Real Estate Consultancy for their residential services at the awards.
The Five Star Property Consultancy Marketing award focused on Cushman & Wakefield’s success in project marketing of commercial properties and recognised the company’s superior marketing and leasing/selling strategies towards office and industrial projects. The Highly Commended Real Estate Agency award recognised our transaction management capabilities in residential services taking into consideration innovation, structured approach and client satisfaction.

This year, the panel of experts from every aspect of the real estate business reviewed the selected nominations to identify the best real estate professionals/companies across the globe.

Asia Property Awards, combined with other regional awards’ programmes for Arabia, Europe, Africa and the Americas, form the globally renowned International Property Awards. These awards are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories. The International Property Awards received entries from Asia Pacific companies in 23 countries. Lord Bates from the House of Lords in British Parliament presented the winning companies with special plaques during awards presentations. Each company was announced as either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ winner.
