Anshul Jain is the Managing Director for Cushman Wakefield in India, and is responsible for overall strategy and growth of the firm in the country.
Anshul has over 20 years of international experience in the property sector and has successfully led businesses and teams in India, Europe and Singapore. He has a versatile experience in property sector, with consulting, investment and leasing transaction experience in India, UK, Central & Eastern Europe & South East Asia. His experience also includes a stint in the office design and project management industry and has keen interest in the social evolution which is shaping office designs to suit the millennial work force in emerging new age firms. Prior to taking on this role, he was CEO of DTZ International Property Advisers in India.
Anshul oversees Marketing & Communications at Cushman & Wakefield, India. He will be supervising the corporate image management strategy of the company and aligning all marketing and public relations efforts to the company's core objectives.
Badal would be leading the office transactions team at a pan India level. His role will focus on providing effective transaction solutions for corporate office occupiers ranging from new market entry, to expansion, consolidation and rationalization of corporate real estate. As Head of this vertical for the country he will be working across our transaction teams, to create innovative, value based solutions for our clients.
Backed by more than two decades of work experience, Badal joins Cushman & Wakefield from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he last headed the business for Delhi-NCR region, overseeing Commercial Markets, Retail, Residential and Capital Markets sides of the businesses. During his 10 year stint in the real estate, Badal has strategized end-to-end real estate solutions for key corporate occupiers and developers including advice on leasing, renegotiations, sale / purchase, sub-leasing & sale and lease-back. He has successfully transacted more than 15 Millions sqft for large campuses, corporate offices as well as adviced occupiers on their Real Estate Strategies.
Badal started his career with the Indian Army in 1992, wherein he served as an officer in the Armoured Corp. for 5 years. He later went onto head the Marketing Department of J K Tyre and Industries for close to a decade.
Deepali heads Human Resources at Cushman & Wakefield and is responsible for managing all functions of Human Resources Department across India.
She comes with 20 years of experience across Consumer Durables, Consulting, Retail & Not for Profit sectors both across manufacturing and sales & marketing organizations. She has worked with organizations like EY, Whirlpool, W, Zara and Save the Children across numerous roles which entailed setting up organizations, integration, M&A, restructuring, building performance and capabilities. Her HR experience has been end to end across Sales HR, Talent Acqusition to Development, Performance Management, Capability Development, HR Compliance s' and Strategic HR to name a few. Deepali joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.
Diwakar Rana is the Managing Director of Capital Markets Group in India. He drives the function providing services across Investment advisory, asset disposition & acquisition, sale and leaseback, private placement, partner search (joint ventures/ joint development), debt syndication, etc. Diwakar works closely with the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Group team with an emphasis on providing integrated services to the clients.
Gautam Saraf is Managing Director of Mumbai Office. Associated with Cushman & Wakefield since 2006, Gautam has over a decade of real estate experience in India and has worked across service offerings for occupiers, landlords and investors. He is one of the founding members of Project Marketing (Landlord Representation) business for Cushman & Wakefield India. Gautam is recognized as an expert of turn-key projects (real estate) by entrepreneurs across numerous sectors of the Indian economy. He has been assisting domestic institutions and ultra-high net-worth individuals (UHNIs) in securing income generating assets across the country.
Khurshed is currently the Managing Director of Consulting Services at Cushman and Wakefield India and has over 10 years of experience in providing real estate valuation and appraisal services across the country to a wide spectrum of clients. He has also undertaken numerous real estate portfolio optimization and feasibility studies, for various developments, portfolio valuations, conceptualizations, operator searches (hospitality & education), large-scale township development strategy, hospitality related projects, integrated mixed-use developments, IT Parks, Special Economic Zones (SEZ), privatization mandates, etc. for various clients.
Kaustuv Roy is the Managing Director New Client Acquisition in India, and is responsible for driving the firm’s India-International Markets business focusing on assisting global companies with the formulation and execution of their India real estate strategies. He also looks at advising Indian conglomerate in foreign markets and leads our strategic partnership with clients across the globe. Kaustuv has held multiple leadership roles during his 18-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield from 1998 to 2016.Under his leadership, Cushman & Wakefield built a successful cross-border business between the US and India, a legacy he will now build on to usher in accelerated growth. He also served as the firm’s Country Manager for Philippines in 2016. An industry leader, Kaustuv brings over two decades of real estate industry experience.
Manish Goel is Managing Director for Base Build services for Cushman & Wakefield Indian operations. He is backed by more than 24 years experience in Real Estate. He has been associated with more than 15 residential projects and 35 hotel projects involving a capital expenditure of over USD 2 billion
Ramita Arora is Managing Director for Bengaluru office, She is responsible for developing new avenues of growth and work towards providing value driven solutions in line with strategic goals of our clients. Ramita brings rich corporate knowledge and over 13 years of transaction experience. She has driven varied leasing requirements of occupiers, with emphasis on expansion and campus strategies and has led and contributed to transactions of over 12MN sq ft. She is known for nurturing strong client relationships and has represented leading occupiers.
Ritesh is Managing Director for South India. Previously the Managing Director for Tenant Advisory Group, India, Ritesh in his new role will steer an aggressive growth strategy in the Southern India market, aiming at strengthening client relationships and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
With an extensive experience of over 16 years, on both the developer and service provider sides, Ritesh is known for successfully synergizing ‘Out-of-the-Box’ thinking with ‘deal closure’ and delivery services. He has led transactions on behalf of both occupiers and developers, optimizing and adding value to their real estate portfolios. Under his dynamic leadership, the TAG teams have transacted close to 100 million+ Sq. Ft. across 50+ cities in the country since 1997. Ritesh’s leadership is viewed as thought provoking, dynamic and with the confidence of adding tremendous value at every stage of a transaction process.
Ritesh, a Post Graduate in Business Administration from University of Leeds, United Kingdom, has spent over 16 years in the Indian real estate sector, both with the developers and service providers in the business. He has outstandingly achieved successful closures in complex deals - from Ground up/Build-To-Suit campus(s) to regular vanilla leases, portfolio review and lease renewals. Ritesh has been involved in all aspects of a deal transaction on behalf of occupiers with the objective of optimizing and adding significant value to the whole process and portfolio.
Saurbh is Senior Director- Transactions(TAG), Kolkata and overlooks the transaction business for East India. He is responsible for managing the agency business for different service lines including corporate real estate, Tenant advisory, Retail and Land & industrial. Saurbh has close to twelve years experience in real estate. Prior to his current role, Saurbh was leading the retail agency business for Cushman and Wakefield for West & South India based out of Mumbai.

Siddhart is Senior Director, Research Services at Cushman & Wakefield in India. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and currently spearheads C&W India’s Research Services; responsible for establishing the company as a ‘thought leader’ in the industry through various publications, reports and research briefings.
