Anshul is responsible for Cushman & Wakefield's business in India - he focuses on strategy and growth of the firm in country and much of his time is spent in Sales, building new client relationships and solidifying old both for transactional and annuity businesses. Previously, he led DTZ in India from a small start-up company in 2008 to an established national service provider at the point of merger of the two firms in India. He has had various international stints before, working in Indonesia, Singapore and London - his experience spans across leasing transactions, capital markets and GOS businesses. He has been a career real estate professional, having now spent 22 years with leading real estate service providers across the world.  

Vivek DahiyaVivek Dahiya

Vivek Dahiya is a leading authority on Indian real estate. He has advised Indian and multinational firms, institutional investors, developers, retailers and government bodies on framing their real estate strategies across India. He has almost 20 years of real estate research, consulting, valuation, and transactions experience. Vivek has both, set up and lead teams of skilled and motivated professionals who are now industry leaders. Vivek started his career with JLL as one of the earliest members of its Consulting and Valuation team in India and Singapore. Here he worked on several pioneering projects across all key cities in South Asia. He then transitioned to the tenant representation team of JLL advising his clients in acquisitions of office spaces across India. Thereafter he founded the Delhi office of DTZ in India. Here he managed the entire agency/ transactions business in West and North India. He also led the business development efforts across the country for corporate, retail, industrial, land and warehousing assignments. In both JLL and DTZ, Vivek concluded office acquisitions assignments for his clients, which then, were the largest leasing transactions of Delhi NCR. He brings the unique experience of having advised across multiple asset classes in all key markets of India. He also looks at advising Indian conglomerate in foreign markets and leads our strategic partnership with clients across the globe. Kaustuv has held multiple leadership roles during his 18-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield from 1998 to 2016.Under his leadership, Cushman & Wakefield built a successful cross-border business between the US and India, a legacy he will now build on to usher in accelerated growth. During his 10 year stint in the real estate, Badal has strategized end-to-end real estate solutions for key corporate occupiers and developers including advice on leasing, renegotiations, sale / purchase, sub-leasing & sale and lease-back. He has successfully transacted more than 15 Millions sqft for large campuses, corporate offices as well as adviced occupiers on their Real Estate Strategies. Badal started his career with the Indian Army in 1992, wherein he served as an officer in the Armoured Corp. for 5 years. He later went onto head the Marketing Department of J K Tyre and Industries for close to a decade.
