Giving back to support communities and those less fortunate is a priority at the heart of our brand, fuelling the passion of our people around the world. Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific is committed to supporting its local communities and has a Corporate Social Responsibility program ‘CW2’ that is focused on community welfare –especially in the areas of children’s education, orphanages and old age homes. We pride ourselves on being an organisation with very strong social ethics.

The C&W India operation pioneered the Cushman & Wakefield Community Welfare programme (CW2) as an employee initiative which aims to give back to society. Since then, local teams have been regularly engaging with organizations that are dedicated to the welfare of the community. Each C&W office in India funds these activities through voluntary contributions from employees.

Local projects across centres


Every office location in India has an independently managed and run CW2 chapter. The chapter indentifies causes, creates programmes, raises funds through contributions and implements the programme in the city. Each participating member voluntarily contributes their time or other resources such as food, clothing, etc for the activities.

  • Some of the activities that have been undertaken include support to orphanages, old age homes, homes for destitute people and state run crèches for children of city labourers.
  • The teams also support issues such as reforestation drives and other eco-friendly practices.
  • Our offices encourage differently abled individuals to attain self sufficiency by providing a platform for selling their products internally.
  • There is nothing greater than the gift of life which is why CW2 chapters also organise blood donation drives.
